The application form can found under the drop down admission form and should be submitted and accompanied by the following documentation:

A copy of the learner’s latest school report

A copy of latest assessment or report by an Educational or Clinical psychologist (if applicable)

Copies of any other reports from relevant therapists (if applicable)

On receipt of the form you may be contacted to attend an interview.  This may be followed by your child spending a trial period  with us at Growing Minds.  This is a very important part of the process as it is critical to ensure that we are the right environment for your child.  Moving schools can be very stressful for children and their families so it is crucial that the right decisions are made.
